1. What payment processors do you accept? - We accept all big payment processors like Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, AmEx, Maestro, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay
2. What is the Return Policy? - You can send us an email at email@example.com within 14 days of purchase, for whatever reason, and you will receive your money back.
Note: If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
3. I made a mistake with my order. - If your order has not been processed, we may be able to help. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org (as this action attempts to halt processing of your order) so we may try to assist. Please note that we cannot guarantee that we can modify your order.
4. What if I haven't received a confirmation email?
As soon as your order is placed, you should receive an email confirmation. If you checked out with PayPal, be sure to check the email account associated with your account. For further questions, please email@example.com.
